What if the order is lost in the mail?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date. Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but the customer thinks they haven't received it, we won't take responsibility and reship that order. In this event, we recommend making a claim with your local delivery carrier 

 

My order shows it is being returned to the sender, what now?

There are a few reasons an order can be returned to the sender but most often it is due to an undeliverable address. Other instances include the package being unclaimed at customs or refused/returned by your end. You will receive notice once the order arrives back at our facility. We will contact you to determine how you would like to proceed and ask for an updated address if you wish to have the product reshipped. New shipping charges will be applied for orders that have been unclaimed at customs, returned by the customer, or had an incorrect address originally provided.

 

How are returns handled differently when comparing quality concerns or customers changing their minds?

Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense.

If you would like to exchange or return a product without any defect or due to the wrong size, unfortunately, we will not do refunds. However, you can request a store credit or an exchange. You will be responsible for shipping costs. 

BUYER’S REMORSE

We’re sorry to hear that you wish to return your order. Our return policy doesn’t cover buyer’s remorse so we won’t be able to issue a refund but we can issue a store credit. :)

 OTHER ITEMS THAT CAN NOT BE RETURNED ARE: We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, undergarments, sports bras, and swimsuits which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene for any reasons. 

 

ALL items under "G-Comfort" are FINAL SALES unless the item arrives with damages. Please refer to "What if the product is damaged in the mail?" down below.

 

How long do I have to submit a claim for a return/exchange?

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 7 days after the estimated delivery date. 

 

What if the product is damaged in the mail?

If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to Support@GSquadFashions.com, if your order qualifies as a damaged order, we will gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

All GSquad Sneakers are handled through our daughter site and shipped from Italy. ANY RETURNS AND REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED FROM THE ITALY LOCATION. PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 30 DAYS TO SEE ANY REFLECTION

 

HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?

Due to the fulfillment centers for "online-only", we use for our products please allow 7 to 10 business days to receive tracking for your order. Products that are available at the local store location will ship in 3 to 5 days. Therefore you may receive partial orders in different shipping packages.
